Hundreds of jobs to be created at Birmingham Airport

A crucial 200 additional jobs are planned to be created at Birmingham Airport thanks to a major investment from the airline and Jet2holidays are planning to launch a range of cheap flights to popular tourist hotspots; Lanzarote, Malaga and Ibiza to name but a few. Local residents in Warwickshire and Coventry will be eagerly anticipating the addition of 57 new flights to 15 destinations from their local airport starting March 30, 2017.

An example of the great new deal includes daily flights to Alicante from £45 one way & flights to Fuerteventura and Gran Canaria for £70. The ground breaking investment provides 590,000 more seats leaving Birmingham Airport in 2017 after it becomes Jet2’s 8th UK airport of use. Jobs will range from cabin crew, engineers and ground operating staff.
