Birmingham's second terminal, the Eurohub was opened in 1991 and was the first terminal in the world that combined both domestic and international passengers. It is linked to Terminal 1 by the Millennium Link walkway
Arrivals concourse is on the ground floor in the Millennium link Block. You can check Birmingham Airport arrivals online.
Check-in desks are located on the ground floor in the main concourse.
Departure Lounges are on the first floor.
- International flights - check in 3 hours prior to departure
- European flights - check in 2 hours prior to departure
- Domestic flights - check in 90 minutes prior to departure
Boarding usually begins around 45 minutes before departure.
Baggage storage (tel:+44 (0)121 767 7987), which also offers key holding and baggage delivery services, is available on the first floor in Terminal 1 next to Boots.
Assistance with baggage and check-in is available by contacting the Airport Information Desk (tel:+44 (0)870 733 5511) prior to arrival.

Terminal 2 - Ground Floor

| Smoking | Birmingham International Airport became the first major smoke free airport in England on September 30th 2006. For those wishing to smoke, there are designated covered areas provided on both Terminal frontages. |
| Toilets | Several toilet facilities available at all times providing baby changing and facilities for disabled users. |
| Shopping | Newspapers, books, travel accessories and confectionary available at World News. |
| Information | There is a British Airways information desk and automated check in machines opposite World News. |
Terminal 2 - Depature Lounge
| Bureau de Change | 2 Currency Express outlets open 7 days, Sunday to Friday 05:30-22:00 and closes Saturday 20:00. |
