Flying from Birmingham Airport soon? You’ll be pleasantly surprised with the recent additions to the retail space; Kurt Geiger, Wrapchic and Factory Bar and Kitchen are just a few of the brands now available to you pre flight. How can you resist a spot of food and shopping before your flight now!
Kurt Geiger is a hugely popular UK footwear and fashion accessory retailer, selling high quality boots, bags and shoes. If that’s not enough to tempt you, remember that you can access tax-free prices through shopping at the airport, rather than the high street. Cha-ching!
The second name to land at at Birmingham is Factory Bar and Kitchen. With food available from 4am until the last flight, there is something for everyone. The restaurant serves breakfast dishes, sharing platters and a host of enticing main dishes as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Standout dishes include the traditional breakfast/veggie breakfast, ‘bangin burger’ and the all-important steak.
The final addition to Birmingham Airport’s culinary scene is Wrapchic, a fusion of Indian and Mexican cuisine, home to the Indian burrito. The restaurant has a great selection of interesting and authentic burrito fillings such as chicken Mughlai, fish Malabari, soya Amritsari or paneer masala. The eatery runs a no-fry policy in an attempt to keep their dishes as healthy as possible. Vegan and halal dishes are also available.
Both Kurt Geiger and The Factory Bar and Kitchen have already been opened at the airport, while Wrapchic looks to open towards the end of the month.
