Luggage Trolleys	Available at the main entrance to the terminal and in Baggage Reclaim halls.
Pay Phones	Located in the check in area.
Postal Services	Mail box located in the check in area.
Smoking	Birmingham International Airport became the first major smoke free airport in England on September 30th 2006. For those wishing to smoke, there are designated covered areas provided on both Terminal frontages.
Toilets	Several toilet facilities available at all times providing baby changing and facilities for disabled users.
Shopping	Newspapers, books, travel accessories and confectionary available at World News.
Information	There is a British Airways information desk and automated check in machines opposite World News.

Terminal 2 - Depature Lounge
Bureau de Change	2 Currency Express outlets open 7 days, Sunday to Friday 05:30-22:00 and closes Saturday 20:00.
Cash Dispensers	There is a cash dispenser serving all cards next to Currency Express by gate A.
Food and Drink	A small selection of outlets serving coffee, food and drinks.
Payphones	Several payphones available in the departure lounge.
Internet	Pay as you go internet booths available.
Information Desk	British Airways Information Desk next to Alpha Airport Duty Free.
Lounges	The British Airways lounge is next to the entrance of the departure lounge.
