Terminal 1 - Departure Lounge
Bureau de Change	There is a Travelex located located opposite Bar08. It is open from 05:00 to last flight 7 days a week.
Cash Dispensers	Cash dispensing for all cards can be found in the centre of the departure lounge, opposite the Sunglass Hut
Food and Drink	A pub, a bar, 2 coffee outlets, Burger King and a sandwich shop are located around the departure lounge.
Pay Phones	Available throughout the terminal.
Internet	Pay as you go internet booths in the centre of the lounge.
Shopping	A wide selection of shops are available, including newsagents, health and beauty, electrical, gifts and accessories.
Toilets	There are 3 toilet facilities within the departure lounge. Nappy changing areas are available at all times.
Business	Several Executive lounges, business booths with power points, phone, fax/modem lines and meeting rooms are available.
Information	Information desk is located opposite Boots.
Entertainment	Serendipity Games offers video games, amusements and rides opposite Starbucks.
Smoking	Birmingham International Airport became the first major smoke free airport in England on September 30th 2006. For those wishing to smoke, there are designated covered areas provided on both Terminal frontages.

Terminal 1 - First Floor
Bureau de Change	Travelex is located next to the Abraham Derby pub and open 05:00-20:00 7 days a week.
Food and Drink	A wide selection of restaurants can be found such as Burger King, Pash and Frankie & Benny’s. There are also pub, bar and takeaway options available.
Pay Phones	Available throughout the terminal.
Left luggage	Located next to Boots.
Shopping	A wide selection of shops available, including newsagents, health and beauty, gifts and accessories.
Toilets	There are are 2 toilet facilities in this area with baby changing available at all times.
SkyRail	The SkyRail can be taken from the first floor, connecting the airport with Birmingham International Rail station and the NEC.
Entertainment	Serendipity Games offers video games, amusements and rides opposite Food Village. The Aviation Experience offers airfield views, interactive screens and a games centre. Located on the 3rd floor.

Terminal 1- Ground Floor
Bureau de Change	There are two Travelex on the ground floor, one in the arrivals area, and one at Check-in. Open 7 days, 05:00-20:00.
Food and Drink	Coffee and snacks.
Information	The information desk is located by the car hire outlets in the Millennium Link and Visitor centre next to the small arrivals Travelex booth.
Pay Phones	Available near W H Smiths and between check in desks 42 and 43.
Postal Services	Mail box available in the main concourse near Travelex desk.
Prayer Room	A prayer room is located next to the World News near the International and Domestic Arrivals area.
Shopping	Newsagents, Convenience store and Travel shop.
Toilets	In arrivals area and toilets with WUDU facilities for Muslims are located opposite the prayer room in the main concourse.
Places of Worship	Two prayer rooms are located on the ground floor.
First Aid	West Midlands Ambulance Service paramedic staff provide 24 hour cover at the airport. They are located in the main concourse.
Hire Car Companies	There are several hire car companies situated in the Millennium Link.
Taxis	Taxi rank is situated outside the Millennium link
Luggage Trolleys	Available at the main entrance to the terminal and in the Baggage Reclaim halls.
Meeting Point	In the main concourse, next to Travelex.
Entertainment	Serendipity games centre next to Spar and the Aviation Experience on the 3rd floor.
